Soft Signal by Sig Brewing Co. is a Hazy IPA brewed with a soft water profile. The hazy base is created using a blend of pilsner malt, flaked oats, malted and unmalted wheat, and a touch of honey malt. It is finished with late kettle additions and dry hopping using El Dorado and Australian Galaxy hops.
