The Fair Is Canceled

Sig Brewing Co. · Sour - Fruited · 6.5% ABV

The Fair Is Canceled by Sig Brewing Co. is a tart cotton candy sour ale built on a lightly saline gose base. Originally crafted in response to the cancellation of the Washington State Fair, this kettle sour features nostalgic flavors of spun sugar and blue cotton candy. The brew balances a brisk sour snap with just enough salt to prevent its confectionary profile from becoming overly syrupy, creating a vibrant tribute designed to pair well with classic fair foods.
