Where the Sage Grows Blue by Single Hill Brewing is a crisp-bodied West Coast Pilsner showcasing Centennial and Motueka hops. It was brewed in collaboration with and in support of the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy. The beer features 25 IBU, and its name and cover art were contributed by artist Xin Lu from the Images of the Shrub-Steppe art show.
