It is crafted using exclusively domestic Austrian ingredients, including pure spring water sourced from the Untersberg mountain, local barley malt, hops, and bottom-fermenting yeast. The beer undergoes a slow brewing process with a full three weeks of bottom fermentation and features a 12-degree original gravity. It pours a characteristic golden-yellow color with a dense, fluffy foam head. The flavor profile is full-bodied and finely malted, offering notes of honey-like malt sweetness and toasted crusty bread, balanced by a gentle, refreshing bitterness and a smooth, well-rounded finish.
