Cap Hill Magic Hazy IPA by Stoup Brewing was originally created as the first brew for their Capitol Hill location and now returns annually to celebrate the taproom's anniversary. The brewing process features Citra, Krush, and Mosaic Cryo hops added to the whirlpool for a burst of tropical, citrus, and red fruit flavors. It is then dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka, and Superdelic to further enhance the beer's tropical, citrus, and berry aromatic profile.
