German Style Pilsner by Stoup Brewing is a crisp and clean lager crafted with imported German 2-row barley and Roy Farms Adeena hops, also known by their experimental name ADHA 1940. Pouring with an SRM of 3 and reaching 37 IBUs, the beer balances a subtle grain sweetness with a spicy hop aroma. This water- and malt-driven profile leads into a refreshingly dry, hop-forward finish. The pilsner is highly acclaimed, having earned a Gold Medal at the 2025 Washington Beer Awards and a Silver Medal at the 2017 SIP Northwest Best of the Northwest competition.
