Sky Cowboy IPA by Stoup Brewing is an American IPA built on a clean, slightly bready foundation of 2-Row and Vienna malts. The brewing process features hot side additions of Talus, Vista, Loral, and Simcoe Cryo hops, followed by a dry hop of Citra Cryo and additional Talus. This hop profile delivers bright aromas and flavors of citrus, pine resin, honeydew melon, and tropical papaya, supported by subtle floral and stone fruit notes. The beer pours a deep gold with brilliant clarity and finishes crisp and medium-dry with a firm, clean bitterness.
