Sticks And Stones (2026) by Stoup Brewing is a big, bold, and roasty Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout brewed with generous amounts of English crystal malt and roasted barley. The beer is aggressively hopped yet balanced by a malt sweetness and a full-bodied mouthfeel. To create its complex profile, the brewery ages the stout in 17-year and 8-year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels before blending it with a fresh batch to smooth out the rough edges. This aging process imparts rich notes of wood, bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla.
