There It Is IPA by Stoup Brewing is a Northwest-style West Coast IPA built on a sturdy, balanced malt base. The brewing process features Loral and Simcoe Cryo hops in the whirlpool to impart citrus flavors and grapefruit aromas. It is then dry-hopped with Amarillo, Bru-1, and Citra Cryo hops, which contribute additional notes of orange, stone fruit, and citrus.
