Fuzz is the flagship hazy IPA from Structures Brewing. It is brewed with a blend of malts and oats and features a rotating blend of hand-selected hops. Variations of the beer have utilized hops such as Simcoe, El Dorado, and Galaxy to balance citrusy and fruity flavors with resinous tones. The flavor profile offers dank aromas along with notes of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit, honeydew sweetness, and a dry finish with lingering pine and spruce.
