Poterie is an English-style Old Ale crafted by The Bruery to celebrate their eighth anniversary. The beer is aged in bourbon barrels and utilizes the traditional solera method, where a portion of every previous anniversary ale is blended into the new batch. This extensive barrel-aging and blending process results in a rich and complex flavor profile characterized by deep notes of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, and oak.
