Be Curious is a sour IPA brewed by The Good Society Brewery & Public House using a New England IPA recipe base. It is brewed with Citra and Motueka hops and fermented with Philly Sour yeast, a strain that simultaneously sours and ferments the beer. The recipe also features the addition of lactose and key lime, resulting in a tart ale loaded with citrus rind notes and a smoothness reminiscent of a lime popsicle. This beer was recognized as a 2021 WABA Silver Medal Winner.
