Bourbon Barrel Peach by Tieton Cider Works is a semi-sweet fruited cider made by blending juice from hand-picked Washington State peaches with tart green apples. The cider is aged in previously used Dry Fly bourbon barrels, which imparts a deep vanilla and plum character along with a touch of charred oak tannin to perfectly balance the sweet and tart fruit flavors.
