The beer is uniquely brewed using freshly harvested, homegrown backyard hops donated by local patrons and community members. These freshly picked wet hops are pooled together and immediately incorporated into the brewing process, yielding a crisp and classic West Coast profile that highlights bright, floral, resinous, and earthy fresh hop characteristics reflecting the local terroir.
