Guava Dawn

Urban Family Brewing · Wild Ale - American · 6.0% ABV

Guava Dawn by Urban Family Brewing is a tropical pink guava sour ale that bursts with bright fruit flavor. The beer is fermented with a mixed culture of Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and Lactobacillus, providing a complex, layered funk and balanced acidity. Real pink guava is blended into a golden sour base, imparting vibrant characteristics of prickly pear and strawberry that culminate in a tart, juicy, and refreshing finish.
