Varietal Beer Company brewed CIT as a fresh hop hazy IPA in collaboration with Holy Mountain Brewing. This vibrant, citrus-forward beer features fresh, unkilned Citra hops sourced from Loza Farms and Carpenter Ranches. To maximize the intense hop profile, the hop cones were frozen and chopped before being packed into the mash tun and hopback for infusion during the brewing process.
