To The Point 2023 is an English-style barleywine created by Varietal Beer Company to celebrate the 21st annual Hard Liver Barleywine Fest at Brouwer's Cafe. The beer is aged in Weller bourbon barrels for six to eighteen months before being blended and bottled. This barrel-aging process imparts a rich, deeply malty profile that features prominent flavors of dark dried fruits, molasses, and caramel, followed by warming whiskey and oaky vanilla notes on the finish.
