Harvest Wheat by Nano Brew Cleveland is an American Pale Wheat ale that combines a soft, bready malt backbone with a highly aromatic, modern hop profile. The brewing process begins on the hot side with an addition of fresh Columbus hops sourced from local Ohio farms, providing a foundational earthy bitterness and subtle dankness. To maximize the juicy and tropical aromatics, the beer is extensively dry-hopped with a carefully selected blend of American and New Zealand varietals. This dry hop features Citra in concentrated Cryo form, alongside Nectaron, Nelson, and Riwaka hops selected from Freestyle Farms. The interplay of the wheat base and this specific hop combination yields a refreshing beer with prominent notes of bright citrus, passionfruit, crushed white grape, and resin.
