FH Sector 7 by Von Ebert Brewing is a seasonal Fresh Hop Hazy IPA brewed to celebrate the Pacific Northwest hop harvest. This variation builds upon the original Sector 7 recipe, which is brewed with Citra, Sultana, and Idaho 7 hops, by additionally being brewed with fresh Krush hops from Perrault Farms. The resulting flavor profile highlights bright, juicy aromatics with prominent tasting notes of ripe pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, and sweet green melon.
