It is crafted with floor-malted Bohemian barley and roasted malts, then hopped with traditional Saaz hops and cold-conditioned. This brewing method creates a rich, complex malt profile featuring notes of dark chocolate, toasted pumpernickel bread, and caramel, which is balanced by a subtle, spicy, and floral hop character that leads into a crisp, clean finish.
