Designed to be enjoyed as a canned cider cocktail, it blends Yonder's Dry cider—crafted from bittersweet and culinary apples—with Fast Penny Amaricano Bianca amaro and a squeeze of lemon. The resulting beverage combines the tartness and complexity of the cider with the rich, herbaceous notes of the amaro, offering a flavor profile reminiscent of a White Negroni mixed with a summer spritz. It is best served poured over ice or enjoyed ice cold.
