Thunderpussy is a collaborative cider crafted by Yonder Cider and the Seattle-based rock band Thunderpussy to celebrate the band's tenth anniversary. This juicy cider is made with black cherry, ginger, and a hint of lime. It features aromas of stone fruit, dark cherry, and hibiscus that lead into a burst of flavor. On the palate, tart cherry and spicy ginger are complemented by hints of lime and hibiscus, providing a subtle sweetness up front that gives way to a tart, tannic finish.
