Primos Lager

Zilker Brewing Company · Lager - Mexican · 4.3% ABV

Primos Lager by Zilker Brewing is a crisp and refreshing Mexican-style lager designed to be a thirst quencher. It is brewed with Extra Pale Pilsner malt and a special flaked corn adjunct that provides a subtle sweet edge. The soft malt profile is balanced by a floral hop character from the use of Mittelfruh hops. Fermented with a Mexican Lager yeast, this light beer delivers a dry, clean finish reminiscent of a hot Texas summer.
