Zoigl-Kölsch by Zoiglhaus Brewing Company is a traditional Kölsch brewed in the authentic Cologne style. It is crafted with a base of German Pilsner and wheat malts. The brewing process utilizes German Magnum hops for bittering and Hallertauer hops to provide aroma and a distinct spicy note. To complete the traditional profile, the beer is fermented slow and cool using an authentic Kölsch yeast strain brought back from the brewmaster's studies in Germany.
